No fools this morning, just a bunch of swimmers at 5am. I think 10 people made it this morning. I did my Sprint I workout of 12x50yds for a total of 1600 yds. I think this is my hardest swim workout that I do.
Depending on the weather today (suppose to rain AGAIN), my try to get a run workout in. But if I don't, I have 2 more basketball games tonight.
Not much to say this morning, just tired. Its now April, so spring is officially here.
