Sure was hard to get out the door for a run today. High was about 45 & a little windy, not like the end of last week where it was in the high 60's. But once I made it out, it was easy to do the run workout as scheduled. Ran 6 miles total for my Interval workout that included 5 x 800 (1/2 mile) with 800 easy between each. Usually a run that lasts almost an hour seems long but it went by very fast today. That may have been because it was broken up into 1/2 mile sets.
Weather is suppose to get lots better as the week goes on. Tuesday is a 5am swim & maybe a bike workout (if work allows the time). But I have to swim since I only did one swim workout last week. Well, I guess that means it is time for bed.
