I had enough time today for my swim workout, but that was all. Guess I'll have to get up a little earlier Thursday for my run. Got to do my swim workout at lunch. I did my toughest workout, 16 sets of 50 meters with 20 seconds rest between each. And with 5 warm-up & 5 cool-down laps, I finished with 1800 meters total.
Couldn't do my run this evening because Cathy & I went to the county fair.
Thursday is a run workout & a bike workout.
